Multi-family house, built with ecological materials, low energy standard, 28cm insulation in the roof, wooden ceilings with soundproofing. And all that at the costs of a social housing scheme. 

By placing the stairs outdoors we saved a lot. Also it is a wonderful experience using these stairs, having a nice view overlooking the surrounding area.
